About

I hold a BA Degree in Creative Art and a Post Graduate Certificate in Illustration having studied at St. martins School of Art, London, The Open College of the Arts and the University of Hertfordshire.
After working in a variety of different creative fields from fashion to interior design I can now be found working from my studio on our small farm located on the fringe of the beautiful Peak District National Park, surrounded by dogs and horses, and Pigeon the cat.
I walk daily with my dogs, absorbing the landscape that surrounds me, taking photographs and sketching, preparing ideas to take back to my studio.
I’m lucky to split my time between here and the contrasting landscape of the stunning North Norfolk coast with its expansive beaches and endless skies that provide a constant inspiration for my paintings.
I just love to paint, and I paint what I love, landscape, seascape, nature, the elements and wildlife are all the focus of my work, so too are our canine friends that I regularly produce to commission.
I paint predominantly in water mixable oils which are kinder to the environment, but also acrylic, watercolour and mixed media with a contemporary take on traditional subject matter. I also produce bespoke paintings custom created to compliment interior decor schemes.
